Complaints Procedure

We aim to give every customer a fair and helpful experience. If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it and fix it. This page explains how.
1. How to raise a complaint
Email [email protected] or call 0161 399 4859 (Mon–Sat, 9am–5:30pm). Please include:
- your order number (if applicable),
- a clear summary of the issue,
- what outcome you are looking for (refund, replacement, repair, etc.),
- any supporting photographs.

2. Our response timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 2 working days.
- Initial response: within 5 working days, with a proposed resolution or a request for further information.
- Final resolution: within 28 days. If the complaint is more complex, we will tell you so and give you a revised timeline.
3. If you are not satisfied with our response
a) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
You may refer your complaint to a certified ADR provider. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme but will agree to participate in one in good faith if you ask.
b) Trading Standards
You can contact the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or visit citizensadvice.org.uk. They can refer the matter to Trading Standards if appropriate.
c) Chargeback
If you paid by debit or credit card and we have not delivered a satisfactory resolution, you may have a right to claim a chargeback through your card issuer (Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 for credit cards on orders £100–£30,000).
d) Small Claims Court
For unresolved disputes, you may bring a claim through the County Court via the Money Claim Online service at gov.uk/make-money-claim.
4. Vexatious complaints
We reserve the right to decline to engage further with complaints we judge to be vexatious, abusive, or repetitive after a fair attempt at resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
