Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy explains your rights when you buy from Manchester Alloys. Nothing in it limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your statutory rights — always apply

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when you buy online or by phone you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, and receive a refund. This does not apply to wheels that have been fitted, mounted with tyres, modified, or finished to order.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if your wheels are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights are not affected by anything else in this policy.

2. 30-day satisfaction promise (orders via AI Fitment Verification)

For any wheel ordered through our AI Fitment Verification tool:

• If the wheels do not fit your verified vehicle, we arrange a free return and full refund.
• If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, we accept a return provided the wheels are unfitted, unused, and in their original packaging. Buyer pays return postage. Refund within 14 days of receipt.

3. Wheels purchased without fitment verification

Wheels selected without using our AI Fitment Verification tool are at the buyer’s fitment risk. If the wheel does not fit because the size, PCD, offset, or centre bore was selected incorrectly by you, we cannot accept a return on grounds of incompatibility. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

4. How to return an item

Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if damaged. We respond within two working days with a returns reference.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We arrange free collection and either replace or refund at your choice.

6. Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item we inspect and process the refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Tyres

Tyres mounted to wheels are non-returnable once fitted, in line with industry practice and safety regulations. Unfitted tyres can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

8. Fitting and workshop services

Fitting, balancing, alignment, refurbishment, and other workshop services are provided to a standard professional-trade quality. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will inspect, rework, or refund as appropriate.
